Specific project scope, deliverables, timelines, pricing, payment terms, and support obligations shall be defined in a separate proposal, quotation, Statement of Work (SOW), Service Agreement, or Master Service Agreement (MSA) signed by both parties. In the event of any conflict, the signed agreement shall prevail over these website Terms.

Payments & Refunds
Payment terms, milestones, and refund policies (if any) will be specified in the project agreement. Unless otherwise stated in writing, fees paid for completed work, consultation, or delivered milestones are non-refundable.
Intellectual Property
All website content, branding, code, designs, and materials created by Logiconik Infotech remain our intellectual property unless otherwise transferred under a signed agreement. Upon full payment and as defined in the project contract, agreed deliverables may be assigned to the client. Pre-existing tools, frameworks, libraries, and reusable components remain the property of their respective owners.
Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive business information shared during the course of a project, except where disclosure is required by law or authorized in writing.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Logiconik Infotech shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the website or our services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you to us for the specific service giving rise to the claim during the preceding twelve (12) months.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the website or services if you breach these Terms or applicable law. Either party may terminate a service engagement as per the terms of the signed project agreement.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Raipur, Chhattisgarh, India.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to this page. Continued use of the website after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
